Teambuilding Days / Year End Events / Sustainability Strategy Workshops
A unique mountain bush location perched high above Melbourne!
Teambuilding days are a special experience at KRWC. We have an outstanding environment, adventure facilities and experience to deliver empowering teambuilding programs, lighter group programs through to just plain fun days out on the mountain. KRWC single teambuilding days are just a taster for the two and three week programs our sister company journey organization development regularly delivers throughout the outback for domestic and international corporate clients.
The standard KRWC initiatives and challenge ropes teambuilding days will blow you and your staff away! We have been delivering them for many years and they are underpinned by sound methodology, we never tire of the opportunity to see individuals and groups develop. Teambuilding days can be complemented by a variety of optional activities such as mountain biking, drumming workshops etc or you can immerse the team in one of a number of themes for the day.
KRWC is ideally located to get the whole team away to a beautiful mobile phone free zone in less than one hour. Our 1500 acres straddles the ferny King Parrot Creek, we have extensive open grassy areas, an oval, swimming pool, volley ball, basketball, fire pit and facilities to accommodate you should a shower be needed or if the weather closes in. For more family oriented days we can arrange for and have ample space to accommodate jumping castles and rides and our flying fox, low ropes and low ropes water course are fantastic fun for the kids (and the big kids).
"Our programs include door-to-door bus transfers, full instruction/equipment/staffing for adventure activities, insurance and outstanding catering throughout the day."
Although we know we have a great location, leading edge programs and great food we also know your experience is most influenced by how our staff deliver it to you and coach outcomes. We have carefully chosen and developed our staff over the years. They are still with us because we enjoy their company and inputs, they love what they do and they are great at it - we all enjoy teambuilding days!
For those that want to mix a little business in there we have business facilities such as multiple breakout rooms, whiteboards, data/cinema projector, internet access, print/copy/fax facilities etc. Staying overnight is no problem, KRWC cabins can accommodate 100.
To keep the energy levels up we feed you, it's all in the package. Whether it is a more formal sit down affair in our dining room, delivered to the activity location or a BBQ we simply offer the comments of past clients. See our FoodFoodFood page.
Some of our clients include KPMG, ANZ, Spotlight, Consolidated Properties, Hungry Jacks, Sutherland Medical, Sportsgirl, BP.
Contact us via phone or email and we will provide a program outline and quotation.

Navigation Challenge
This program focuses on developing an appreciation and the skills for many techniques and tools of navigation. We utilize seven bush campsites within our 1500 acres to develop navigation, hiking and bushcraft skills.
The challenge runs with a number of teams competing at times and working together at times to achieve an outcome over the course of the program.
