The KRWC Survivor programs are seriously about individual and team development for businesses and secondary schools.

Based on the popular TV series our Survivor programs come with all the drama of fierce competition, strategy and will power. It is complete with all the colour, sound, ritual, tribal rivalry, head to head physical and mental challenges and rewards. Highly experienced "Tribal Elders" (facilitators) will remain with each tribe from start to finish delivering team and individual coaching and also overseeing their safety. Program milestones are celebrated in compelling nighttime tribal council experiences where the only tears are borne of respect and insight.

Our puzzles are challenging and our physical challenges make use of the Adventure Camps many resources and really get the adrenalin running. For example our water course traverses the King Parrott Creek four times, our leap of faith is 11m high, our flying fox whizzes through the thick bush for 190m. We use a range of Survivor props and personal items that participants get to keep. For multi-day Survivors we custom print/embroider these momentos which survivors become very attached to over the course of the program.

"It is all fun! The team will develop! The learning is in this journey."

We generally differ from the TV series in that our tribal councils reward those individuals who have shown great team spirit and leadership, particularly those that have developed and surprised their tribe in their contributions. These people are rewarded through being given leadership roles and being permanently recognized on the final trophy. As with all KRWC programs we still build in the time to reflect upon the experiences along the way and develop better self awareness. The Survivor program blends activities and challenges with developmental opportunities such as valuing diversity, communication skills, planning, teamwork, conflict resolution, leadership development and appreciation.

Certainly it is not the traditional idea of a school camp or team development initiative but the outcomes potential will have you very very surprised and impressed.

The KRWC Staff were very professional, approachable, helpful and easy to work with.
